The theme of the 2023 Creative Expo Taoyuan is " Taoyuan Super Species ", which is a cross-disciplinary, innovative, and design-integrated cultural and creative expo with seven themes: culture, diverse ethnic groups, natural environment, youth development, and education. The expo led the public to explore the current look and future possibilities of Taoyuan as a city with different personalities and evolving species characters.
