The South Food and Fabric Project explores “food” and “clothing,” two key aspects of daily life. Creators from the food and fashion sectors conducted field research in Tainan, exploring its culinary landscape and textile industry. From exploration to creation, their hands-on work—from origin to design—was translated into an exhibition through curating. In collaboration with local communities, they crafted a “SFP” virtual brand for Tainan, showcased at the century-old West Market.
