Punggol Green was a 1.2-hectare, 500m-long underutilised space beneath the MRT viaduct. Through eight years of close collaboration with government agencies and the local community, the project successfully transformed a disamenity into a vibrant social spine that caters to diverse needs while promoting ecological connectivity.

The project is a prototype for future city-making strategies where infrastructure can be reimagined to enrich urban life and foster inclusive, sustainable communities.
