25擊 Quarter Strike marks the first use of real-time computation combined with an animation workflow to integrate percussion, physical performance, and stage imagery into a visual system that responds to the live performance. Driven by the intensity and rhythm of live drumbeats, and combined with AI motion capture and real-time audio analysis, the animation responds to the performers’ movement and emotion, creating an experimental theatrical experience for traditional percussion.
