transforms under-bridge space beneath the Jianguo Elevated Expressway into a community asset. The car wash and restaurant are separated to reduce noise, while a glass-brick facade improves daylighting. Built with timber and recycled steel, the project reduces embodied carbon by 22% and integrates rainwater systems to mitigate flooding. It combines social welfare with environmental and urban resilience.
