Live, work, and play together: this is the core concept behind this terraced house. Indoor areas melt into landscaped pockets, and the house curls around a Syzgium Spicata tree planted explicitly to encourage “risky play” for the children. The design details feature a balance of timber, distinct marble flooring, and off-form concrete walls. Crucially, a public staircase grants access to the gym and rooftop deck, allowing guests to enter without stepping foot in the private home.
