Urban 15° is a 14-story building with only 44 homes in Zhubei’s High-Speed Rail District, right beside the 3.24-hectare Park. We added 36 cantilevered 4×4m “boxes” that shift 15° on each floor, giving every home its own unique park view. The building is set back 10 meters to create open green space at ground level. Big windows and lowered floors blur the line between inside and outside, creating flexible “undefined spaces” residents can use freely. Simple, modern, and deeply connected to nature.
