Cross House is composed of eight light-gauge steel modules, arranged through vertical stacking and horizontal offset to form four separated yet interconnected volumes. Gaps between units define circulation, stairs, and service spaces while introducing light, air, and views as spatial mediators. The project reconsiders modular construction beyond standardization and commodification, exploring alternative living possibilities.
