The design applies “acupuncture architecture” to a 1980s warehouse, using precise interventions to heal and activate rather than replace. Reshaped into a U-shaped courtyard compound, Dib Bangkok moves from raw concrete galleries to white-walled collections and skylit upper rooms with a sawtooth roof that brings in diffused northern light, becoming a landmark of scale and light—from its 85-meter art wall to James Turrell’s Straight Up, where the sky becomes part of the museum.
