As a key component of the Tonghai Avenue rejuvenation project in Danzhou, designed to enhance local amenities and provide a range of public spaces for the surrounding communities, the project centres on two main open spaces: a 24-hour public platform on the second floor for community events and an eco-canopy plaza hosting a local food street. Featuring informal seating areas, dining patios and a rooftop observation deck overlooking the sea, the space can now be used for performances and events.
