Since 2004, the Hai'an Street Museum of Art has revitalized a once-declining area through art. Over 20 years, it has renewed its works with rotating exhibitions. In 2024, new interactive installations featuring river and port elements extend the exhibition to the canal, blending sound, light, new media, and local history—making it a model of urban regeneration and public art in Taiwan.
