Baan-Na-Tun is a retreat from urban life set among rice fields in Phanat Nikhom, Chonburi. Designed around a fishpond, the house reinterprets the traditional Thai chan (veranda) as a series of semi-outdoor spaces linked by a staircase connecting indoors and outdoors. An open-plan layout, foldable wooden walls, and natural daylight enhance ventilation and strengthen the connection to the tropical landscape, distilled into the form of a simple waterside pavilion.
