This project transforms a 4.5-storey shophouse in Bangkok’s Charoen Nakhon district into a hybrid creative office and micro-hotel. Conceived around the idea of “Stay in an Artist Studio,” it connects designers, guests, and the local community through shared spaces, adaptive reuse, and cultural exchange. Original architectural elements are integrated with new architectural interventions, generating social, cultural, and environmental value.
