XIM translates the Thai word “Chim” and the reversed word “Mix” into a hidden cocktail bar designed as a compact laboratory. Its X-shaped bar brings guests close to the bartenders’ process, while a visible lab zone reveals the ongoing development of new recipes. Deep green, black finishes, and hidden lighting shape an intimate atmosphere for tasting, mixing, and discovery.
