INATÔ is a 14-seat contemporary Filipino restaurant in Makati designed around the Visayan idea of “our own way.” Within a compact 50 sqm space, the interior reinterprets familiar Filipino materials and gestures into a warm, intimate dining experience. Ventanilla-inspired louvers, a Teresa marble chef’s bar, oyster shell flooring, a rice husk table, capiz finishes, ipil-ipil parquet, and a banana-peel-inspired wall express hospitality through craft and material memory.
