The secondary selection for the 2024 Golden Pin Design Award was successfully conducted on Monday, September 2nd, at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park in Taipei. An esteemed panel of judges, specializing in various fields such as product design, visual design, architecture, spatial design, curation, and urban and public design, meticulously evaluated the entries and selected this year’s Mark Winners from a pool of thousands of outstanding submissions.

A total of 642 entries across four major categories have been awarded the prestigious Golden Pin Design Award Mark. These winning entries represent 14 regions, including Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The breakdown of the winning entries includes 245 in Product Design, 195 in Communication Design, 150 in Spatial Design, and 52 in Integration Design category.

These selected works will now advance to the final selection, scheduled for Monday, September 9th, at the same venue, where they will compete for the highest honors: the "Best Design Award" and the "Special Annual Award."
