Our goal is to develop a flagship portable handheld product with high image quality, high performance, and high efficiency. For this, we designed the S1280 based on functional continuity and expansion by (1) retaining the self-developed 12μm high-performance infrared detector, Matrix IV image algorithm, and AI-Temp intelligent precise temperature measurement algorithm and (2) adding the multi-spectrum fusion AI DDE technology to achieve clearer infrared images, faster target locking, and more accurate imaging data analysis. In addition, we also considered the compatibility, sustainability, and differentiation of product appearance design.
Unlike the conventional one-piece structure, the S1280 has a more flexible split-type design and a rotatable screen handle.
With the external fixed lens design, lenses can be easily changed for different scenarios in good harmony with the overall appearance. The pioneered viewfinder + rotatable handle combination frees the viewfinder and makes it more flexible in multi-angle observation. The 1920×1080 viewfinder matches perfectly with a 5.5-inch flip touch large screen for clearer field observation. Composite materials fit well with a magnesium alloy body to ensure the strength and rigidity of the device. The ergonomics-based handle design has been repeatedly proven to provide a comfortable, stable, and firm grip.
