The project's goal is to renovate an old hotel, which has struggled due to COVID-19 and declining sale prices. The remaining budget is allocated to make the hotel more appealing. We propose revitalizing community spirit to differentiate it from others in Chiang Mai. The unit and GFA area won't increase to avoid acquiring new permits, focusing instead on improving spatial quality.
