Our design site is located on a standard row house plot. In the exterior design, we utilize a layered setback architectural form to introduce natural light, while giving the building a sculptural posture to engage with the urban environment. The space features multiple openings facing west, upward, and south at varying depths. These designs create light and shadow effects that interact with the passage of time throughout the day as the sun moves.
