"Benshi" is a self-proclaimed "Toilet Magazine of Culture and Art”of southern Taiwan. A Down-to-earth Quarterly magazine published by National Art and Culture Center (Weiwuying), Kaohsiung. With The institute's positioning "An Art Center for EVERYONE", the magazine was set to be friendly, easy-to-read and light-weight.
