Every component of the ARCHchair undergoes a meticulous process of bending, laminating, and bonding. This clever process seamlessly integrates additive design and layered assembly techniques to minimize unnecessary waste during manufacturing.
The ARCHchair legs, utilizing the resilience of bamboo and skillfully employing laminating and bonding techniques, achieve a seamless one-piece structure that provides reliable support for the seat and backrest. The curved surfaces of the seat and backrest elegantly envelop our bodies, creating a sense of grace and poise as we sit.

In the design, two crossbeams connect the left and right chair legs, serving as crucial elements for supporting the seat. The curved design of the seat not only enhances structural strength but also allows the gracefully curved one-piece chair legs to seamlessly fit into the sides of the seat, ensuring consistent angles. This meticulously designed chair boasts exceptional structural strength, enabling it to confidently withstand pressure while maintaining an elegant appearance.
The ingeniously curved chair back seamlessly integrates with the left and right chair legs, gracefully extending to merge with the rounded arches at the top of the legs. This design provides a comfortable resting place for our hands, enhancing the pleasure of sitting. Additionally, the generous chamfer design on the outer side of the chair legs further enhances the comfortable grip when adopting a relaxed sitting posture.
