The "%" stool and side table challenges the limits of materials and craftsmanship with its pure and minimalist appearance. Its name reflects the design's form, application of materials, and mechanical calculations.

At first glance, it appears almost unstable, but once seated, one experiences a solid and stable seating experience, creating a contrast between perception and reality. This contrast adds memorable and surprising elements to the design.

It showcases the essence of materials and explores the connection between mechanics and aesthetics, presented in the most minimalist design. Two metal discs and a tilted wooden piece slightly intersect, allowing for the interaction between the warm and smooth texture of the wood and the sturdy and cold metal. From observing the material's details to experiencing the different textures through touch, it offers a multi-sensory experience.

Throughout the design process, there were continuous discussions and collaborations with the manufacturing team, testing and validating the design to achieve the appearance of instability while maintaining a strong load-bearing capacity. The precise calculations of the metal structure and the exquisite craftsmanship of woodworking allowed for the seamless wrapping of wood around the metal support, resulting in such a clean and pure design.
