As a car-mounted tumbler, achieving a perfect balance between spill-proof functionality and effortless opening is paramount. Drawing inspiration from the reliable wall switch structure, we skillfully integrated a magnetic closure mechanism into the lid design. This innovative approach enables users to effortlessly open and close the lid, just like flipping a light switch, while providing clear visibility of its open or closed status. To address food safety concerns, we employed a precise spin-welding technique to securely fuse the two magnet-containing components, ensuring exceptional stability and water-tightness. Furthermore, the magnetic structure facilitates easy disassembly, allowing users to thoroughly clean every corner of the cup for impeccable hygiene.
