CMPB reimagines Singapore’s National Service gateway as a human-centred, sustainable architecture of service. Translating a traditionally bureaucratic process into an empathetic physical environment, the design replaces institutional opacity with transparency; clear, daylight-filled courtyards and open halls soften the threshold between formality and openness.
