Our project transforms the traditional barista-customer interaction by bringing baristas out from behind the counter to foster a closer connection. The bar counter, designed as an open “port,” features a 12-meter-long epoxy resin countertop connecting 4 independent work islands and 3 service bays. Bar seating faces fully openable floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace. Mobile furniture around the harbor adapts to various activities, enhancing flexibility.
