The coffee bean canisters are designed to store coffee beans while providing the functionality of bean preservation and extending the flavor of coffee. Whilst we use the coffee bean from the canister, the quantity is reduced during the usage. When the lid is closed, some moisture remains in the canister, which continues to deteriorate the beans. Another type of canister that allows for vacuum extraction has been found to extract the captivating flavors from the coffee, resulting in the loss of the beans' flavor and their ability to mature. After over three years of research, we have finally developed the "Air Kiss" to resolve these issues. The lid functions similarly to the one-way pressure valve found on coffee bags. By gently pressing it into the canister until it touches the coffee beans, any excess air is squeezed out from the edges of the lid, reducing the contact between the beans and oxygen. This minimal air presence allows the beans to naturally breathe, fulfilling their maturation needs and extending their optimal flavor retention period. The lid is designed with excellent ergonomics, with a simple fingertip hook, the clever leverage principle allows for easy opening and closing in seconds. The bottom of the lid, which comes into contact with the coffee beans, is made of 18/8 stainless steel, reducing the presence of any residual odors. Canister body is made of borosilicate glass, which is more durable, heat-resistant, and impact-resistant. It's coated with a UV-resistant layer to protect the beans from harmful UV. The bottom features a silicone ring that encircles the canister, can attach bean labels to indicate the contents. If personal taste is required, you can use a ballpoint pen to write your flavor notes on the silicone ring, it can be easily erased!
